Franchise History

Our Mission
"To provide and promote a safe and fun recreational basketball program for youths. To encourage good sportsmanship and teamwork. To develop playing and athletic skills, and to promote friendly relationships among the players, coaches and parents."

Committee Goals
The Raiders Basketball Club will:
1. Develop a strong club culture which includes being proud of the club, having a sense of belonging to the club and improving loyalty and ownership in the club.
2. Develop and document a Coach Development Program
3. Develop a comprehensive series of documents/manuals for:
a. the Club Committee,
b. Coaches/Team Managers, and
c. Members (Players and Parents).
4. Develop other sources of revenue (aside from Registration Fees) which generate club funds.
5. Actively participate in working groups with other basketball clubs and also the subcounty Sports office to ensure that infrastructure development occurs for both training and competition requirements
